Tim Harback is an automation professional with 26 years experience in the heavy industrial and power generation environment encompassing team management, automation design and electrical design management.

 

Previously Team Manager Control with Entura, Tim’s management experience encompasses technical team leadership, staff development, continuous improvement, product development, and change management.

 

Prior to Tim’s appointment to Entura (then Hydro Tasmania Consulting) in 2003, Tim was employed in technical automation roles with Nyrstar Hobart. His experience also encompasses automaton design services covering PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, industrial communications, low voltage electrical, instrumentation design and commissioning.

 

Tim also has extensive design management experience of electrical projects up to $1.1 million in value, which has included the scoping, estimation, bid submission, planning, control and reporting.

 

Tim is available to assist heavy industrial and power sector businesses in relation to automation design services, electrical design management and management.
